मान्यवर,

नमस्कार! मैं, राजीव रंजन प्रसाद, काशी हिन्दू विश्वविद्यालय में
शोध-कार्य कर रहा हूं। युवा राजनीतिज्ञों की संचार-क्षमता, शैली, विचार
एवं चिंतन-प्रक्रिया और व्यावहारिक संचार-सम्पर्क-संवाद आदि के
स्वरूप-संरचना एवं-व्यवहार आदि मुख्य रूप से मेरे शोध-कार्य के केन्द्र
में हैं और यह ई-मेल उसी में अपेक्षित सहयोग-समर्थन के पक्ष में आपकी
भूमिका के बारे में प्रतिक्रियास्वरूप प्रेषित है।

आपसबों की सक्रियता और राजनीतिक कार्यशैली ने पिछले कुछ महीनों में
ताज्ज़ुबकारी परिवर्तन किया है। पिछली सरकार में देश की जनता
‘त्राहिमाम्-त्राहिमाम्’ कर रही थी; आज वह भाजपा के नक्शेकदम पर है; उसकी
लहर के नाव पर सवार है। यह सब माकेर्टिंग या पब्लिसिटी मात्र नहीं कही जा
सकती है। आपसब के कामकाज के तौर-तरीके का अंदाजा इसी से लगाया जा सकता है
कि आपसब खुले तौर पर कह रहे हैं कि हम और हमारे पार्टी के लोग 24 घंटे
में महज़ 4 या 5 घंटे सोते हैं।

इसका प्रमाण भी है-ट्विटर पर होने वाले अपडेट। इन सब नमूनों/प्रमाणों के
आधार पर अब यह कहा जाना चाहिए कि भारत की एक बड़ी आबादी जो पिछली सरकार
में ‘कारपोरेट लूट, नवउदारवादी जाल और भ्रष्टाचार के भयानक भंवर में जिस
तरह उब-चूब कर रही थी; अब उससे देश पूर्णतया उबर चुका है और आपसब देश के
लोकमंगल और कल्याणकरी सेवा के प्रति प्रतिबद्ध दिखाई दे रहे हैं। यह भी
कहना होगा कि यह भाजपा का प्रभाव-क्षेत्र ही है कि कांग्रेस के दिग्गज और
आप के शुद्ध-सदाचारी भावना वाले लोग भी भाजपा की इस नई लीडरशीप के साथ
खड़े दिखाई दे रहे हैं। इसमें माननीय प्रधानमंत्री का योग बहुत है।

अंत में, मैं यह कहना चाहूंगा कि मैं अपने शोध-कार्य जो भारतीय राजनीतिक
युवाओं के नेतृत्व, व्यक्तित्व, व्यवाहर, संचार, भागीदारी, सहभागिता,
जनसम्पर्क, जनयात्रा, जनविकास, जनचेतान इत्यादि पर केन्द्रित है; के लिए
आपके विभिन्न राजनीतिज्ञों पर बड़ी प्रसन्नतापूर्चक विचार कर रहा हूं और
यह मानकर चल रहा हूं कि जो पार्टी हर मिनट-दर-मिनट देश की राजनीति में
अपना श्रम खपा/निवेश कर रही है; वह कितना वास्तविक, प्रतिबद्ध,
समयानुकूल, प्रेरक, राष्ट्रीय अंतदृष्टि और विचारधारा के निर्माण में
सहायक और अपनी भूमिका में पूरी तरह ‘डाउन टू अर्थ’ है।

महोदय, हम शोध-कार्य की वस्तुनिष्ठता का ख्याल रखते हुए इस बात पर भी
अपना ध्यान फोकस कर रहे हैं कि पिछली सरकारों(राज्य और केन्द्र) और उनके
नेतृत्व के तौर-तरीकों की तरह कहीं ऐसा तो नहीं कि आपका भी यह सारा
अभिव्यक्ति एवं संचार पक्ष सिर्फ प्रचार-मुहावरे और धनबल आधारित राजनीतिक
प्रोपेगेण्डा का एक प्रयोग अथवा यांत्रिक हिस्सा/रंगरोगन मात्र है। अगर
है, तो इस अंतर को राजनीतिक शुचिता, सदाचरण और जनतांत्रिक निष्ठा के रूप
में कैसे वर्गीकृत, परिभाषित और विश्लेषित किया जा सकता है? यह पड़ताल
इसलिए आवश्यक है, ताकि इसके आधार पर हम इस नई सरकार यानी राजग-नेतृत्व को
पिछली यूपीए सरकार से पूरी तरह अलगा सकें और कुछ ठोस बात अपने प्रामाणिक
साक्ष्यों/सबूतों के आधार पर प्रस्तुत कर सकें।
